Every good climb starts with a recce.
Reading the terrain before you choose your route.
Basecamp is a real taste of that and what we do at Albeon Peak™.
A live, structured workshop built around the same thinking that sits at the heart of the St. Bernard Method™.
It's not a required first step.
Prepare, Ascend and Summit each stand on their own, and you can start wherever reflects where your business is today.
Basecamp is where we spot the real marketing opportunity and find the best route to it.

Format.

In person automatically pre-approved within 50 miles of Glasgow.
In person or remote.
Your opportunity, named, and a clear route to it.
You leave with.
Who is this for.
Founder-led, and earlier-stage too.
Founder-led businesses who know their marketing needs senior thinking, and are ready to find the real opportunity and act on it.
This also works well if you're earlier on, for example, a small or local business that knows marketing matters but aren't sure where to start. Either way, you'll leave with a clear opportunity and a route to it.

Case study.
"Refreshed and energised":
KidLocale's Basecamp Workshop.
The business.
KidLocale is Scotland's family directory, run by founder Hayley McCallum. She's built it up to 120+ business partners across 20+ categories since going full-time in 2024, with around 28,000 monthly views and 4,700 followers. For Hayley, the website isn't a marketing channel sitting alongside the business. It is the business.
The challenge.
Hayley came to Basecamp with a budget that needs to work hard and a genuine question mark over what a website works for both businesses and families actually needs to look like. She needed clarity on where to focus before spending anything on execution.
What the session covered.
We worked through KidLocale's specific challenges rather than generic marketing theory: what the brand voice and framework should say, how the website needs to serve two different audiences at once, and where the biggest opportunity sits right now.
In Hayley's own words.
"You understood the challenges I have, but also that my whole business is my website, so it needs to work well."
"I'm at a stage where I need another pair of hands. This is a perfect option for me without having to commit to employing someone who'd never be as experienced as you are."
The outcome.
Hayley has a clear direction for KidLocale's brand voice and framework now, plus a documented route to a website that works for both sides of her business. She's working from the follow-up report toward the next stage.
